Will
Heindel is the co-founder of MGM Psychological Associates and the Hero's Journey
programs that help men and women understand the underlying mythologies shaping
their lives so they can use them to live more consciously. His experience includes
being a psychotherapist, group facilitator, mentor and teacher. Will
is a seasoned therapist skilled in coaching clients to maximize their potential,
tap into their creative abilities, and live their lives with purpose, passion
and vision. A Gestalt therapist, Will completed four years of training
at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, specializing in working with body process
and individuals. He is currently a teacher trainee in the Center for Clinical
Theory and Practice at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Will is also a student
in an ongoing professional training entitled the Body in Psychotherapy: Contemporary
Approaches, a training program focusing on the new science of the mind-body studies.
Will received his M.A. in Counseling Psychology and Human Resources Development
from West Virginia University. Currently he maintains a private practice in Pittsburgh,
PA. He works with individuals and groups, and specializes in treating those who
suffer from the disease of chemical dependency as well as those affected by abuse.
In addition, he has a strong interest in bridging the seemingly wide gaps among
psychology, the body's physical processes, and spirituality.. In this regard,
he continues to work and study with elders from many indigenous cultures. |
